    - Confidentiality of Materials: Any teaching materials, including documents and PDFs, provided by Shadja Vibes are strictly confidential and must not be shared without written permission from Shadja Vibes. Unauthorized sharing of these materials is prohibited.

  • - Services Provided: Shadja Vibes offers various services, including teaching music, voice culture (monthly classes), and other music-related services.

    - Trial Sessions and Refund Policy:

    • Shadja Vibes offers free trial sessions for potential students. This allows individuals to decide whether they want to join the class.

    • There is no refund policy once the classes have commenced. We encourage students to utilize the free trial session to make an informed decision.

  • - Account Creation: Users are required to create an account to access Shadja Vibes' services.

    - Account Guidelines: Users must provide accurate and complete information during the account creation process. Accounts may be terminated if false information is provided

  • -  Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cash, UPI, and Netbanking.

    - Payment Policy:

    • All fees must be paid in full before commencing any course.

    • Failure to pay the fees on time may result in suspension or termination of the services.

  • - Privacy Policy:

    • Shadja Vibes is committed to protecting your privacy. We will collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which will be available on our website soon.

    • By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • -  Use of Materials: All teaching materials provided by Shadja Vibes, including but not limited to documents, PDFs, and videos, are the intellectual property of Shadja Vibes. These materials are provided for personal use only and must not be shared or distributed without written permission from Shadja Vibes.

  • - User Behavior: Users must conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using Shadja Vibes' services. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

    - Security: Unauthorized access or attempts to hack into any part of Shadja Vibes' systems will result in legal action.

  • Refunds/Cancellations Policy
    At Shadja Vibes, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may need to request a refund or cancellation. Please read our policy carefully to understand the process and terms for refunds and cancellations.

    1. Refund Policy:

    • Eligibility for Refund:

      • Refunds are only available for specific services and products as stated at the time of purchase.

      • Refunds will not be processed for any downloadable products, music therapy sessions, or after the first class of any course has been attended.

    • Process for Refund:

      • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at [support email] with your order details and reason for the refund.

      • Our team will review your request and, if approved, the refund will be processed.

    • Timeframe for Refund:

      • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

      • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
         

    2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Course Cancellations:

      • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the start of the course for a full refund.

      • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course starts will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Event Cancellations:

      • For special events and workshops, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

      • Any cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
         

    3. Free Trial Sessions:

    • We offer free trial sessions for prospective students. These sessions are not subject to any fees or charges, and no refunds are applicable as they are complimentary.
